Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 In order to maintain the long-term stable operation of the server and ensure a good gaming experience for players, this regulation is formulated based on the server owner’s experience and actual situation in server management.
Article 2 This regulation applies to all players who enter the server to play.
Article 3 By joining the server group or entering the server to play, players are deemed to have read and agreed to this regulation, and the server owner has the right to interpret this regulation.
Chapter 2: Server Property
Article 4 The server is a non-profit entity, and it is provided to players free of charge. The rights and interests related to the server and all server data are outlined in the relevant terms and policies, and players must be aware of and agree to the relevant terms before using this server.
Article 5 On the basis of Article 4, players have ownership, usage, and disposal rights over their property in the virtual world of the server, and their property will not be infringed upon.
Chapter 3: Player Behavior
Article 6 The server respects and protects the freedom of speech of players.
Article 7 Players are prohibited from provoking or insulting others in the group or in the game.
Article 8 Any activity that violates the laws and regulations of the player’s or server’s location is prohibited.
Article 9 Any behavior that may cause server lag or damage the server’s image is prohibited.
Article 10 All cheating behaviors are prohibited.
Chapter 4: Specific Regulations
Section 1: Player Speech
Article 11 Players who post provoking or insulting comments will receive a warning. After two warnings, they will be permanently banned.
Article 12 Posting illegal or prohibited comments will result in a permanent ban.
Article 13 Posting other comments that affect the normal operation of the server, such as spamming, will result in fines, and depending on the severity, a ban may also be imposed.
Section 2: Player Gameplay Behavior
Article 14 Creating large redstone machines, building machines without processing devices, or causing large-scale accumulation of creatures that may cause server lag is prohibited. If necessary, players must apply to the server owner in advance. Violators will be forced to clean up their constructions, and fines may be imposed depending on the situation.
Article 15 Long-term high-speed running across the map is prohibited. If the player does not stop after being warned, they will be forcibly stopped, and any resulting losses are at their own risk.
Article 16 Destroying other players’ territories, including areas outside but clearly part of their building, is prohibited. Violators must compensate for the loss and pay a fine, except for territories without protection.
Article 17 Constructing unfinished buildings, meaningless or inappropriate claims, or dangerous structures that damage the server’s image is prohibited. The server owner has the right to forcibly clean up such buildings without prior warning, and fines may be imposed depending on the situation. Players affected by such actions may apply for cleanup according to the following regulations.
Article 18 All cheating behaviors are prohibited, including anything other than soul out-of-body, projections, local client optimization, and non-malicious bugs. Violators will have their illicit gains confiscated, and depending on the severity, fines or bans may be imposed.
Article 19 PvP behavior is allowed within the server, except for new players. Attackers will not be punished, and items obtained through PvP are considered legal income.
Article 20 The server owner has the right to move overly dense buildings that cause lag without prior notice.
Section 3: Server Applications
Article 21 Players may apply for cleanup if they are affected by the situation described in Article 17, specifying the relevant area and coordinates.
Article 22 Players may apply in advance to move buildings using commands as described in Article 20.
Article 23 If server issues result in damage to buildings or inventory, players may apply for a rollback or partial compensation. If problems are caused by plugins, the server side, or Microsoft, or due to player issues, compensation or rollback will be granted at the server owner’s discretion.
Article 24 Other applications related to activities are also accepted.
Article 25 If the server’s public, functional buildings or territories are maliciously destroyed, and the time of the destruction is clear, players may apply for a rollback.
Article 26 Players may apply to the server owner in cases described in Article 14.
Article 27 Players may apply for bug fixes or make suggestions for the server.
Article 28 Any applications other than those specified above will not be accepted.
Section 4: Miscellaneous
Article 29 Players who ignore these regulations and continue to disobey after warnings will face the highest level of ban punishment.
Article 30 Minor changes to the server management regulations that do not affect the specific judgments will not be notified, and players are obligated to read them on their own.
Article 31 In case of discrepancies, the version on the official server website shall prevail.
Article 32 The “fine” referred to in this regulation refers to in-game currency. If the player’s in-game currency is insufficient to pay the fine, other assets may be deducted to make up for the fine.
Article 33 For situations not listed in this regulation, the server owner will try to resolve the issues and conflicts, but the server owner has the final interpretation right.
Article 34 These regulations take effect immediately upon release.
