Part I General Rules

Chapter 1 Basic principles and scope.

Article 1 These rules are made to keep the server stable in the long term, protect the player experience, and reflect actual server management practice.

Article 2 Anyone who joins and plays on the server is subject to these rules.

Article 3 By joining a server community space or playing on the server, you are considered to have read and accepted these rules. The server owner reserves the final right of interpretation.

Chapter 2 Server property

Article 4 This is a non-commercial public-benefit server and is provided to players free of charge. Rights relating to the server and server data are explained in the Terms and Policies. Players should read and accept those terms before using the server.

Article 5 Subject to these terms, players have the right to own, use, and manage their in-game property. Such property should not be violated by others.

Chapter 3 Player behavior

Article 6 The server respects and protects players' freedom of expression.

Article 7 Players must not provoke, insult, or harass others.

Article 8 Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations is prohibited.

Article 9 Any behavior that may cause server lag or damage the server's image is prohibited.

Article 10 Cheating is prohibited.

Article 11 Interfering with other players' normal gameplay is prohibited.

Part II Specific Rules

Chapter 1 Chat and speech

Article 12 Players who provoke or insult others may receive two warnings. Repeated violations after warnings may result in a permanent ban.

Article 13 Illegal speech may result in a permanent ban.

Article 14 Other speech that disrupts the server, such as spam or false server-related information, may result in an in-game fine. Serious cases may result in a ban.

Chapter 2 Gameplay behavior

Article 15 Normal redstone machines are allowed. However, lag machines, machines without proper handling systems, large machines running unattended for long periods, or machines that cause client lag and cannot be shut down are prohibited. Such builds may be forcibly removed, and penalties may range from fines to bans depending on severity.

Article 16 Long high-speed exploration is prohibited. If a player continues after being warned, they may be forcibly stopped and are responsible for any resulting loss.

Article 17 Destroying player claims or stealing in-game property is prohibited. This includes areas outside a claim that are clearly part of a build, as well as public redstone builds, public-service builds, and decorative builds. Violators must compensate losses and may be fined or banned in serious or repeated cases.

Article 18 Helping or indirectly enabling a violation counts as being an accomplice. This includes leading others into private claims to cause damage or providing tools or convenience for violations. Penalties may range from warnings and fines up to the same penalty as the main offender.

Article 19 All cheating is prohibited, except permitted features such as freecam, schematic/projection tools, optimization mods, and non-malicious bugs. Cheating gains may be confiscated, and penalties may range from fines to bans.

Chapter 3 Requests

Article 20 Players may submit requests for rollback or partial compensation caused by server issues, reports about violations or disputes, bug reports, server-related questions, and other request types temporarily allowed by server management.

Article 21 Requests outside the allowed scope are not accepted. Incomplete requests are not accepted. Questions already clearly answered in public notices are not accepted.

Article 22 Requests should be submitted through official channels: the website or server@fengzhiyu.top. Other channels may not receive a reply except in emergencies.

Chapter 4 Appeals

Article 23 Players who disagree with a penalty or decision may appeal within one week.

Article 24 If a decision explicitly states that no appeal is allowed, no appeal may be submitted.

Article 25 Appeals should be submitted through the website or server@fengzhiyu.top. Other channels will not be handled.

Article 26 Appeals must include all required information at once, including game ID, appeal content, and evidence. Incomplete appeals may be rejected.

Article 27 Malicious appeals or false materials will result in heavier penalties.

Article 28 The same evidence and reasoning may not be submitted repeatedly. Appeals are decided by the server owner.

Chapter 5 Builds and ownership

Article 29 For builds near spawn, cooperative builds, or disputes where newer builds affect older ones, the server owner may adjust or remove the build if the relevant player has been offline for one month. For cooperative builds, if a collaborator has been offline for two months, active collaborators may request to take over their share.

Article 30 Builds near spawn that are clearly unfinished, meaningless, or seriously harmful to the server's image may be ordered to be improved. The deadline will be announced by the server owner in a noticeable way and will not exceed one month. If the build is not improved by the deadline, it may be removed and fined.

Article 31 Builds that may create server performance or operation risks may be removed without prior warning, and penalties may range from fines to bans.

Chapter 6 Special areas

Article 32 This chapter applies to areas marked as "no-rule restriction" areas.

Article 33 These areas are generally exempt from the other chapters. The server normally does not interfere with building, destruction, competition, or combat there, but cheating and actions that affect normal server operation remain prohibited.

Article 34 Losses, disputes, PVP, and similar events in these areas are generally not managed by staff. Players participate at their own risk.

Article 35 The server reserves the right to adjust, close, reset, restrict, update, or cancel these areas at any time.

Chapter 7 Other provisions

Article 36 Players who ignore these rules and continue violating them after warnings may receive the highest penalty, including a ban.

Article 37 Players are responsible for reading updates to the server rules.

Article 38 If different versions of these rules conflict, the version published on the official website prevails.

Article 39 "Fine" means in-game currency. If a player does not have enough currency, other in-game property may be deducted until the fine is covered, up to and including a ban.

Article 40 Unless explicitly prohibited from changing accounts, banned players are generally not forbidden from joining again with a new legitimate account. However, once a banned player returns, these rules no longer limit future decisions regarding that player; all future penalties are decided by the server owner.

Article 41 Symbols, buildings, or slogans intended to promote personality cults, authoritarianism, or totalitarianism are prohibited and are treated as seriously damaging to the server's image.

Article 42 For situations not covered here, the server owner will try to resolve issues and conflicts reasonably, while retaining the final right of interpretation.

Article 43 These rules take effect from the date of publication.
