This agreement sets out the terms between you and this server regarding voluntary donations. By making a donation, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of this agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, please do not make a donation.

1. Donations are entirely voluntary and made without compensation. Donation proceeds will be used to support the operation, maintenance, and related services of this server. A donation is not a purchase of server products, services, game content, eligibility, or other benefits. A donor does not receive, as a result of an individual donation, items, services, or other benefits that have economic value or are available exclusively to that donor.

2. This server may set public donation goals or progress based on the cumulative donations of all players. Once a specified goal is reached, the server may provide in-game rewards, events, titles, features, or other public content to all eligible players. Such rewards are for all players; eligibility does not depend on whether a player participates in donations or on the amount of an individual player’s donation. They also do not constitute consideration or a return for any individual donation.

3. This server accepts donations only from users who have reached the age of majority under the applicable law where the server is located and who have the capacity to independently dispose of the relevant property. This server does not accept donations from minors. By making a donation, the donor represents and warrants that they meet these conditions. If this server has reasonable grounds to believe that a donor does not meet this clause’s requirements, it has the right to refuse, suspend confirmation of, or decide at its own discretion to return the relevant donation.

4. If anyone requests that a donation be reversed or returned on the grounds that the donor is a minor, the payment was unauthorized, or for a similar reason, the applicant must, as requested by the server, provide materials that can reasonably prove the donor’s identity and age, the source of payment, the relationship between the applicant and the donor, and the relevant transaction details. If sufficient materials to verify the relevant claim are not provided, this server has the right to refuse to process the request.

5. This server may accept donations in digital assets, including Bitcoin (BTC). In this donation system, digital assets are treated only as acceptable digital assets; this does not mean that this server considers them legal tender, stored-value instruments, or assets with stable value. Donors bear the risk of price fluctuations in digital assets.

6. A digital-asset donation is based on the fiat-currency accounting amount and corresponding amount of digital assets payable as displayed by the system when the order is created. After the donor pays the full amount of digital assets required by the system within the order’s validity period, the donation is recorded in the donation records and server-wide donation progress according to the fiat-currency amount shown on the order. Subsequent changes in the market price of the digital asset will not cause that accounting amount to be recalculated. If the amount actually received is below the amount required by the order and exceeds the system’s permitted tolerance, the server has the right to determine that the order was not completed. If the amount actually received exceeds the amount required by the order, the excess generally will not increase the donation amount recorded for that order and will not create additional benefits or an obligation to return the excess, unless the server expressly states otherwise.

7. Donors must check the payment address, network, asset type, payment amount, and other transaction information themselves. Donors bear any losses caused by their own actions, including entering incorrect information, choosing the wrong network, transferring to the wrong address, making duplicate payments, setting an inappropriate fee, or other similar issues.

8. Given the uncompensated nature of donations and the generally irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, donations that have been successfully completed and confirmed by the server are generally irrevocable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible to be returned on request. The server generally does not provide refunds for digital-asset donations. If the server decides at its own discretion to make a return, this does not mean that the server acknowledges an obligation to refund. The server will determine the specific return method, amount, quantity of digital assets, and related network fees based on the circumstances.

9. If a technical failure of the server or payment system itself results in funds not actually being received correctly, an order being recorded in an obviously incorrect manner, or the server determining on its own initiative that a donation does not comply with this agreement, the server may correct, cancel, or return the relevant records based on the circumstances.

10. Donations to this server and related in-game mechanisms must comply with the Minecraft Usage Guidelines adopted by the server. The server may adjust donation methods, server-wide rewards, and other related features in response to changes in those guidelines.

11. This agreement may be modified or updated at any time as needed due to server features, payment methods, Minecraft-related rules, or other operational requirements. Continuing to make donations after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

IV. User Agreement
